On March 31, 2023, the 51st CIFF (Guangzhou) came to a successful end. As one of the key activities of the Ministry of Commerce to promote consumption,  the 51st CIFF gives full play to the function of the exhibition platform to actively promote the high-quality development of the industry, strives to promote the domestic and international circulation to better serve the needs of the people for "quality home furnishing, better life". It presents three high characteristicshigh brand concentration, high industry participation and high trend sensitivity.

TOPhoeniX is honored to deepen cooperation with the 51st CIFF (Guangzhou), providing exhibition guiding tour and booth docking services for overseas merchants.

In view of the ever-changing situation, TOPhoeniX started the invited work and contacted the exhibitors in advance, to help the docking between buyers and merchants more smoothly; In response to the sudden reopening of the country, we immediately mobilized foreign partners, sent exhibition invitations to them, and assisted some of them to apply for visa invitations; According to the two-way demand of exhibitors and foreign buyers, we further increased the number of invited merchants, improved the service level, successfully invited 94 professional foreign buyers from 28 countries to attend the exhibition. With considerate serviceTOPhoeniX won 100% praise from them. 


Among the foreign professional buyers, 45% are from Asia, mainly from Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, India and other countries; Europe accounts for 38%, mainly Poland, Russia, Belgium, Germany and other countries; Africa accountfor 7%, mainly Mauritius, Nigeria, Egypt, South Africa and other countries; The Middle East and South America each account for 3%, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Brazil. North America and Australia both account for 2%, the United States and Australia.

The job titles of foreign participants are all above director level. They have decision-making power on procurement. The products they are interested in cover the themes of home furniture, home decor & textiles, outdoor living, office& commercial furniture and medical furniture of the exhibition.


At the 51st CIFF (Guangzhou), in response to the different procurement needs of professional buyers, small group service was adopted. TOPhoeniX guided the foreign merchants to visit the booths recommended by the organizer, assisted them in effective trade communication with exhibitors.


There were 38 key exhibitors highly recommended by CIFF. In combination with different purchasing intentions of buyers, TOPhoeniX sent a total of 15 English tour leaders to design personalized tour routes in the two exhibition periods. Each tour leader led 4-6 buyers to visit and purchase accurately in the exhibition area, and provided buyers considerate English translation services. We have received satisfactory recognition from all the foreign traders from our professional and thoughtful exhibition guiding tour. 本次参团的外籍专业采购商中,来自亚洲的占比45%,主要为马来西亚、泰国、越南和印度等国家;欧洲占比38%,主要为波兰、俄罗斯、比利时、德国等国家;非洲占比7%,主要为毛里求斯、尼日利亚、埃及、南非等国家;中东和南美洲均占比3%,分别为为沙特阿拉伯、卡塔尔和巴西;北美洲和澳洲均占比2%,分别为美国和澳大利亚。


参团外商的职位均在总监以上,对采购拥有决策权,感兴趣产品涵盖展会的民用家具、家居装饰品、户外家居、办公家具及医疗家具等题材,极具代表性。


      在第51届中国家博会(广州)上,针对专业采购商的不同采购需求,采取精品服务的小团方式,引导外籍客商参观主办方推荐的品牌参展商展位,并协助其与参展商进行有效的贸易沟通。
